Behind the world we can see, there is always invisible technology providing security. It is SWANCOR HYVER.

SWANCOR HYVER, a free radical modified epoxy resin, is mainly used in the production of components such as the casing, girders, web plates and blade molds of wind turbine blades.

SWANCOR HYVER is a special composite vacuum injection resin for wind turbine blades, containing the main agent, curing agent and initiator.

SWANCOR HYVER features a composite crosslinking system. By introducing a free radical system into the existing epoxy curing system, an interlocking NETWORK structure (INTERPENETRATING NETWORK) is generated, endowing the material with both the toughness of an epoxy system and the rigidity of a free radical system.

Low cost, low carbon emissions, excellent mechanical properties, and strong process adaptability.

SWANCOR HYVER does not need to change the existing epoxy material system. The industrial supply chain has lower carbon emissions and provides greater design margin for the blades.

SWANCOR HYVER aims to enhance the competitiveness of its customers' products in the era of wind power parity and further reduce the levelized cost of electricity (LCOE).

In 2021, the new type of wind power injection resin SWANCOR HYVER successfully completed the trial production of large-blade type blades and was successfully applied to the megawatt-level large blades over 80 meters in the Ningxia Taiyangshan Development Zone wind Farm.

It has been in idle operation for seven months since August 2021.
