Vinyl ester resin topcoat

Vinyl ester resin topcoat is an anti-corrosion surface coating formulated with vinyl ester resin as the base and supplemented with color paste, air drying agent, dispersant and other additives. Applying this topcoat on the surface of the anti-corrosion inner lining can effectively suppress the phenomenon of residual adhesion or incomplete hardening of the resin surface in contact with air.

Unsaturated polyester resin

The unsaturated polyester resin series such as SWANCOR 961, SWANCOR 963, and SWANCOR 9601 are all para-benzene type unsaturated polyester resins. These resins have excellent mechanical properties, water resistance, and chemical resistance. Their toughness is better than that of isophthalic resins. They are widely used and can be applied in various molding processes, such as hand lay-up, winding, and casting. It is mostly used in some non-extreme corrosive environments. This type of product can also be prepared into pre-promoted types such as SWANCOR 961-P and pre-promoted anti-sagging types such as SWANCOR 961-TP, etc. to meet the resin requirements of different processes.
